What we do with the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
Mend FM ("we") is the controller of the details you send through this website. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Book a fix: your name, postcode, mobile number, the job description, so we can quote and carry out the job.
- Contact and demo requests: your name, organisation, email, phone and message, so we can reply and arrange a call.
- Join our trades: your name, mobile, trade, experience, postcode and notes, so we can consider your application.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (quotes, bookings), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and recruiting trades.
Who sees it
The Mend FM team, and the tradesperson assigned to your job where needed. We use email and hosting providers to run the site and deliver messages. We do not sell your details.
Where it is held, and for how long
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Ask us if you want yours removed sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes we will update this page and ask first. The contact forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks that you are a person without asking you to solve puzzles.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
